This website and event are operated by the event organizers THMedia Services S.R.L
By accessing this website, purchasing a ticket, or attending the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The event is an independent themed party and is not officially affiliated with any artist, label, or management.

2. Event Details

• Event date: February 27, 2026
  
• Location: Bucharest (Venue to be announced)
  
• Doors open: 11:00 PM
  
• Age restriction: 18+ only
  

Valid photo ID may be required at entry.

3. Tickets & Access

• Entry is permitted throughout the entire duration of the event, subject to venue capacity.
  
• Tickets may be purchased online or at the door, subject to availability.
  
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation or rescheduling (see Section 9).
  

The Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry in accordance with venue rules and safety policies.

4. Right of Admission

The Organizers reserve the right to select their clientele and refuse access to any person who:

• behaves aggressively or inappropriately;
  
• is visibly intoxicated;
  
• is under the influence of illegal substances;
  
• violates event or venue rules;
  
• poses a risk to themselves or others.
  

Refused entry does not entitle the attendee to a refund.

5. Prohibited Substances

The event operates under a zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs and illegal substances.

Consumption, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the venue, without refund, and possible notification of authorities.

6. Giveaway Terms

• The giveaway prize consists of two non-nominative concert tickets only.
  
• The giveaway does not include flights, accommodation, transportation, meals, or any other travel-related expenses.
  
• Only purchased tickets are eligible for the giveaway.
  
• Invitations, guest list entries, complimentary access, or any non-ticket-based access are not eligible.
  
• Each purchased ticket equals one entry.
  
• The draw is conducted randomly using dedicated software and documented for transparency.
  
• The winner will be announced one day before the event.
  

7. Cloakroom

A cloakroom is available on-site.
Storage fee: 10 RON per item.

The Organizers are not responsible for items left outside the designated cloakroom area.

8. Media & Photography

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and documentation purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify event staff.

9. Event Changes or Cancellation

The Organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue, or rules if necessary.

In case of cancellation or rescheduling:

• ticket refunds may be offered; or
  
• tickets may remain valid for a future date.
  

Any such decision will be communicated via official channels.

10. Liability

Attendance is at your own risk.
The Organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Romanian courts.
